Supervision

Welcome!

Becoming a therapist is more than mastering theories and logging hours, it’s a deeply personal journey of skill-building, self-discovery, and learning to hold space for others. If you’re looking for a supervisor who honors your identity, values your lived experience, and understands the complexities of doing this work within systems that weren’t built for us—you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re just beginning your clinical journey or seeking to deepen your work through a liberation-focused lens, welcome.

My Approach

I’m Ashley, a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and former textured hair stylist, holding space at the intersection of healing, identity, and liberation. I have a deep commitment to supporting the decolonization of mental health and nurturing clinicians who want to do this work differently. My supervision approach is relational, affirming, and grounded in cultural integrity. I believe who you are, is central to how you practice.

Our Supervision Looks Like

  • A reflective space to explore clinical skills and personal growth

  • Collaboration—not hierarchical

  • Liberation-focused, trauma-informed discussions around identity, culture, and systemic impact

  • Tools to build your confidence, case formulation, and client relationships

  • Support with ethics, boundaries, documentation, and professional identity development
