You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Therapy for Black women navigating identity, burnout, and the pressure to be everything for everyone

Hi, I’m Ashley, a licensed therapist who works with Black women who are used to holding it all together, even when it’s heavy.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and creating space for you to show up fully as yourself.

How I Help

I offer support that meets you where you are—whether you’re navigating personal challenges, professional pressure, or doing deeper identity work

Individual Therapy

A space for you to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and work toward clarity, boundaries, and a greater sense of peace.

Clinical Supervision

Support for therapists who are growing their clinical voice and navigating the complexities of this work. My approach to supervision is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both skill-building and self-awareness.

Workshops & Speaking

Mental health education and support for beauty professionals and organizations. These experiences are designed to be practical, culturally responsive, and rooted in real-life application.

You might be used to being the strong one

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to do that anymore.

You’re used to being the one others rely on.
The one who shows up, pushes through, and keeps going, even when it’s heavy.

On the outside, it may look like you have it all together. But underneath, you might feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself.

You’ve learned how to carry a lot — quietly.

And somewhere along the way, your own needs may have taken a back seat

Supporting emotional wellness starts early

The way we learn to understand and express ourselves and our emotions often begins in childhood.

Boys Do Cry was created to help children, and the adults who care for them, build a healthier relationship with feelings from the start. It opens the door for honest conversations, emotional expression, and connection in a way that feels natural and affirming.

Whether you’re a parent, educator, or caregiver, this book is a tool to support the next generation in showing up fully as themselves.
